Established in 1997, the head office is located in Northamptonshire.
Safety Solutions East Midlands Ltd has a professional team that includes three ex Local Authority Fire Officers and two Health and Safety specialists, all qualified to a very high standard.
THE DIRECTORS
Michael and Margaret Kirkton established their business in 1997
Michael has been involved in most aspects of health and safety but mostly in fire safety. The three areas of fire safety which account for approximately 60% of his personal workload are:
- Fire Risk Assessments
- Fire Safety and Extinguisher Training
- Fire Marshal/Warden Training
Since 1997 he has personally completed over 2000 fire risk assessments (most since 2005) for large and small workplaces both nationally and locally.
Other areas of Expertise
- Providing advice and guidance with the implementation of health and safety legislation in a practical and proactive manner
- Risk assessing, writing and implementing safe working and operational procedures in line with business needs
- Liaising with enforcing authorities
- Streamlining of existing health and safety and providing associated training
- Auditing and inspection of premises for health and safety.
